How long can I keep the totes?
Our standard rental period is 2 weeks. Need a little more time? No problem! You can extend your rental for an additional fee, subject to availability.
How many totes do I need?
It depends on the size of your home. We recommend renting 10-15 totes for a typical apartment move and 20-30 for a larger home.
Do you deliver the totes?
Yes! We deliver your clean, ready-to-pack totes directly to your door within approximately a 30-minute drive of Roanoke, Virginia 24012. We make moving easier by bringing the totes to you, so there’s no need to hunt down boxes or make extra trips to pick up packing supplies.
What size are the tote?, Do i need tap?
Our durable 18.75-gallon totes measure 27" × 17" × 12" and provide 2.5 cubic feet of storage space. No packing tape is needed—the attached lids close securely and can be secured with a zip tie for added protection. The totes are designed to stack securely up to 5 high, making moving and storage neat and organized.
How much weight can a tote hold?
Our durable moving totes can hold up to 50 lbs. each. They’re great for packing household items like books, kitchenware, clothing, décor, tools, and other everyday belongings.Â
What happens if a tote is damaged?
If a tote is damaged or lost, we will charge a replacement fee. Please notify us immediately so we can replace it before pickup.
Can I extend my rental?
Need more time with your totes? No problem! Simply send us an email to request an extension. Rental extensions are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
Do I need to clean the totes?
No deep cleaning required! We just ask that you empty the totes and remove any loose debris before pickup. We’ll take care of cleaning and sanitizing them before their next rental.
